CE certification

“ CE” It's French & ldquo; Conformit é Europ é ene” Abbreviation for & ldquo; Comply with European (standard) & rdquo& ldquo; CE Marking”， That is, CE mark, which was formally proposed in the EU product Directive 98 / 68 / EEC signed in 1993. CE mark has become a unified compulsory product certification mark in EU countries. In other words, you cannot enter the EU market without the CE mark. The CE mark on the product means that the manufacturer declares that the product meets the basic requirements specified in European laws on health, safety, environmental protection and consumer protection (in practice, these laws are mostly issued in the form of product directives). Products with CE mark can legally enter the EU unified market and circulate freely in the EU unified market. The European economic area is a member of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (except Switzerland). Before the implementation of CE mark, due to the different requirements of European Community countries for product import and sales, it is easy to form trade barriers and hinder the process of economic integration. According to the EC resolution on new approaches to technical coordination and standards (85 / C136 / 01) of May 7, 1985, the CE Mark came into being.

Technical documents required for LCE certification:

1. Product instructions,

2. Safety design document (key structure diagram),

3. Product technical conditions, establishment of technical data,

4. Product schematic diagram, circuit diagram, etc. (if applicable),

5. List of key components or raw materials (products with European certification mark);

6. Copy of certificate of complete machine / set or component.

7. Other required information.

L certification application procedure:

1. The manufacturer / certification authority shall submit a written preliminary application;

2. The applicant shall fill in the CE marking application form and send the application form, operation manual and technical documents to the certification authority;

3. The certification authority shall determine the inspection standards and inspection items and make a quotation;

4. The applicant / manufacturer shall confirm the quotation and send samples and relevant technical documents to the certification authority;

5. Technical documents provided by the applicant / manufacturer;

6. The certification authority sends a charge notice to the applicant / manufacturer, and the applicant / manufacturer pays the certification fee according to the charge notice;

7. The certification authority conducts product testing and reviews technical documents;

8. Review of technical documents includes: 1) whether the documents are perfect. 2) Whether the document is written in the official language of the European Community (English, German or French);

9. If the technical documents are incomplete or do not use the specified language, the certification authority will notify the applicant / manufacturer for improvement;

10. If the test fails, the certification authority will timely notify the applicant / manufacturer and allow the applicant / manufacturer to improve the product. In this way, until the test is qualified. The applicant / manufacturer shall change the technical data in the original application to reflect the actual situation after the change;

11. The certification body shall provide the applicant with test report or technical document (TCF), CE certificate of conformity (COC) and CE mark;
