Welded Gabion Mesh Slope Protection Soil Stabilization Gabion Wall
Welded gabion mesh is rigid welded steel wire mesh, fabricated into flat panels and assembled into stone filled gabion boxes. It is joined with spiral connectors, C-rings and metal clips, fitted with internal stiffeners to keep neat shape after stone filling.
Different from twisted woven gabion, welded type features flat surface, firm welded joints and stable overall structure. Main anti-rust options include hot dipped galvanized and Galfan zinc-aluminum alloy coated wire. We supply flat loose panels, semi-finished gabion boxes and full installation accessory sets to match different construction projects and container loading plans.
Specifications

Anti-corrosion Treatment: Pre-welding galvanized, post-welding hot dip galvanized, Galfan zinc-aluminum alloy coating
Usage Grade Selection: Ordinary hot dip galvanized for common outdoor landscape projects; Galfan coated type is preferred for river courses, humid soil and long-term open-air service environments, with better anti-rust performance.
Filling Stone Standard: Hard cobblestone, granite stone and broken rock are preferred. Stone size shall be larger than mesh hole to prevent stone leakage.
Packing Method: Welded mesh panels are flat bundled on standard steel pallets. All connectors and stiffeners are separately packed to avoid scratch and damage during transit.
Field Installation Guide: Place gabion boxes on compacted gravel leveling base. When building high retaining walls, strictly follow construction drawings on foundation treatment, drainage design and layered backfill compaction to ensure overall stability.
