The SDINBDG4-8G is an industrial-grade, 8GB embedded MultiMediaCard (e-MMC) flash storage solution powered by SanDisk/Western Digital’s iNAND 7250 architecture. Utilizing Multi-Level Cell (MLC) NAND flash technology and a high-speed eMMC 5.1 HS400 interface, this managed NAND device delivers reliable sequential read speeds up to 170 MB/s and sequential write performance up to 300 MB/s. It operates over a wide 2.7V to 3.6V supply voltage range.
