Product introduction:
Rotary drum dryer is a material heating and drying device. Material in the coaxial sleeve rotary cylinder is dried by the spiral blade and the intermittent spiral lifting plate during the process of turning back and lifting between the inner and outer cylinders. Rotary dryer is mainly used for drying certain humidity or granularity materials in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, biomass raw materials and other departments. It is mainly composed of horizontal cylinder, exhaust pipe, feeding device, discharging device, screw device in cylinder, cleaning device, dialing plate, air induction device, transmission device, dust removal equipment and electronic control equipment.
Product characteristics:
1. Solve the problem of water vapor returning to material when the system temperature decreases in the process of co-movement caused by downstream dehumidification of traditional dryer.
2. In the drying process, the hot air moves forward from the tail, contacts the material fully, and makes full use of heat transfer through heat conduction, convection and radiation.
3. Transfer the heat energy directly to the material, so that the moisture of the material is evaporated continuously in the cylinder body. The air inlet device of the inlet and outlet pumps out a large amount of moisture and wet air flow to prevent the secondary pollution caused by the dust discharge.
4. Through internal spiral stirring, sweeping and sheeting, the material movement is promoted and the whole drying process is completed.
5. Reverse flow conduction dehumidification to avoid repeated drying procedures.
