Stainless steel straight screen principle:
1.When the two vibration motor to do synchronization, reverse rotation, the eccentric block generated by the exciting force in the direction parallel to the motor axis offset each other in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft stacked together, so the sieve machine movement trajectory For a straight line.
2.The two motor shafts have an inclination angle in the vertical direction. In the exciting force and the self-gravity of the material, the material is jumped on the screen surface or moves forward straight forward, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.
3.The Applicable to the particle size of 0.074-5mm, water content of less than 7%, a variety of non-sticky dry powder or granular material screening. Maximum particle size of not more than 10mm.
