Rayosan C paste
A reactive ultraviolet absorbent for cellulose fibers and nylon fabrics.
As an ultraviolet absorbent, it reacts with cellulose fibers containing hydroxyl group and nylon fibers containing amino group.
Rayosan C paste produces ultraviolet absorption and has excellent fastness to sunshine and washing.
Suitable for dipping and continuous treatment.

Scope of application:
Rayosan C paste can be applied to all forms of cellulosic and nylon fabrics (e.g. yarn, weaving).
Fabrics, knitted fabrics.
This product may affect the dyeing properties of treated fibers. Especially when applied in high concentration, anionic dyes (active)
The color yield may be reduced by sex, direct and acidity. In fact, for dyed textiles (from medium to dark)
Rayosan C paste is recommended after dyeing.
The product absorbs ultraviolet radiation in the range of UV-B, and has little or no effect on fluorescent whitening agent. It won't change.
Colour light of dyed fabrics.
Fastness characteristics:
Because of its covalent bonding with cellulose and nylon, Rayosan C paste exhibits high durability.

5.1 Application methods:
Rayosan C paste can be used for cellulose and nylon fabrics with conventional dip and pad dyeing processes.
5.2 Use:
The general dosage is 1-4% Rayosan C paste, the highest for all white fabrics and the lowest for dark fabrics.
5.3 Application methods of cellulose fibre fabrics:
5.3.1 dipping (isothermal method)
5-10 minutes 30-40 minutes hot wash

Bath ratio: Rayosan C paste has medium directness, so low bath ratio can obtain high fixation rate.
Salt: 60-80g/l sodium hydroxide or salt is added at the beginning (better retention can be obtained by using sodium hydroxide)
Soda soda: 2% more than Rayosan C paste (recommended several times)
Fixing: 30 to 40 minutes walk
Leaching: Hot water washing, followed by cold water washing.
Note:
Fluorescence whitening can be performed directly after elution (removing most electrolytes).
Rayosan C paste can be bathed in the same bath with reactive dyes, and Drimaren K is the most suitable reactive dye because it has similar reactive leveling agent, Drimagen E2R, to ensure the leveling of fabrics.

After mixing, Rayosan C paste becomes active. Keep the working fluid temperature as high as possible between 20 and 25 C, but it can also be used.
It's slightly higher because of the climate.
Alkali and Rayosan C paste should be prepared separately in order to ensure the stability of the soaking solution (to avoid premature hydrolysis of the product).
After cooling the pad bath, they are introduced into the immersion trough through a mixing device.

Adding 50-80g/l urea can increase the fixation rate, especially when the dosage of Rayosan C paste is 30g/l or higher.
