r Alodine 1200S (trivalent, hexavalent chromium yellow passivation) is a powder product used to treat aluminium, forming a conversion film from light gold to brown on its surface; this coating has excellent corrosion resistance, and guarantees excellent adhesion of external coatings and plastic coatings; Alodine 1200S is used for impregnation treatment. Alodine C 6100D (hexavalent chromium yellow passivation) working fluid is mainly composed of chromate, which is suitable for chemical oxidation treatment of aluminium and zinc materials. After treatment, the oxide film on the surface of the workpiece is yellow and its weight is 0.1-1g/m2. This oxide film can enhance the corrosion resistance of the workpiece and the combination with the paint film.r

r Alodine 1200S is a powdered chemical that produces protective film from light rainbow gold to brown on the surface of aluminium. When used at room temperature, the chromized film will reduce the corrosion and improve the bonding strength between the substrate and the coating. Alodine 1200S conversion film chemicals listed on QPL-81706 are the raw materials for the generation of Grade 1A and Grade 3 coatings, bare gold or uncoated, approved by the Air Force Specification MIL-C-5541B.r
