1. This product is used in various water-soluble, emulsifying cutting and grinding fluids, cleaning fluids, antifreeze fluids, rolling oils and surface treatment fluids, and has the function of corrosion inhibition and rust prevention.
2. Can be used for brake discs, hubs, automotive accessories, hardware circulation, sealing and anti-rust.
3. This product can be used for short-term rust prevention between working procedures of machined parts. It can also be used for short-term rust prevention of metal equipment and materials in transportation and inventory.
4. This product has synergistic effect with other cathodic corrosion inhibitors.
5. This product can also be directly used as cutting fluid.
Four.Usage method:
1. This product can be treated by soaking, painting and spraying.
2. The anti-rust period of this product is related to whether the rust-proof workpiece is cleaned before being rusted, whether it is dried after being coated with anti-rust agent, whether it has an outer package, etc. Different operation modes can be adopted according to the requirements of the actual rust-proof period.
Short-term anti-rust: The product diluted 15-20 times can be directly used as anti-rust water for cast iron and steel parts. The anti-rust time is about 15 days. For example, short-term rust prevention between processes. If you want to prolong the time of rust prevention, the concentration of rust inhibitor can be increased.
Long-term rust prevention: It is suggested that the rust-proof workpiece should be cleaned with detergent before rust prevention. After drying, it should be soaked in the prepared rust-proof liquid for 10-15 minutes or brushed. After drying, it should be packed in clean and dry plastic bags. The period of rust prevention can reach one month to more than half a year, such as long-term storage and rust prevention.

Five.Matters needing attention
