About signing
When signing, please check whether the outer packing is in good condition. If it is damaged, you can refuse to sign directly. In the case of good packing, if the goods are found to be damaged at the time of signing and receiving on that day, please take photos and contact us. With the photos of damaged goods, we will be responsible for reissuing or refunding you. It is unavoidable that glass products will be damaged in transit. Therefore, our shop is only allowed to sign and receive photos of the same day as evidence. We will not be responsible for overdue glass products. Therefore, the buyer must check carefully when signing and receiving, so as not to cause unnecessary contradictions and economic losses. If the buyer buys the wrong goods or asks the store to return the goods on the grounds that he has not imagined it to be good, the cost of round trip freight and so on will be borne by the buyer himself.
