Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with nominal pressure PN31. 05 (maximum operating pressure 31. 05MPa), nominal volume 40L and maximum operating temperature 120℃, it can adapt to the hydraulic working conditions of Guru Gobind Singh Power Plant and other thermal power plants, ensuring stable pressure stabilization and energy storage performance and no leakage.
- Adopts integrated accumulator assembly design (integrating multiple components), bladder-type structure and gas-charged operation, with excellent pressure buffering and shock absorption capability, which can effectively absorb pressure pulses and hydraulic shocks in the system, avoiding impact damage to power plant EH system components and instrument loops, and ensuring the normal operation of accumulator energy storage function.
- The shell is made of A182 F316/CF8M stainless steel, the bladder is made of nitrile rubber, and accessories are made of high-strength alloy steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, oil resistance and pressure resistance, suitable for EH hydraulic oil medium and humid working environment in power plant systems, and can maintain stable performance under long-term use, ensuring long service life of the accumulator assembly.
- Equipped with integrated pressure gauge, gas valve and quick-installation interface, fully compatible with NXQ2 series accumulator assembly installation standards, the integrated design eliminates the need for on-site assembly, enabling direct installation and use, reducing the maintenance time of power plant accumulators and improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
- Complies with API 676 and GB/T 15968 standards, with strict quality control in the production process and pre-installation testing for each assembly, high consistency of product size and performance, and low later operation and replacement cost, adapting to the standardized operation requirements of power plant equipment and power generation facilities.
