Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with nominal pressure PN31. 5 (maximum operating pressure 31. 5MPa), matching NXQ2-F100/31. 5-H accumulator models and maximum operating temperature 150℃, it can adapt to the hydraulic working conditions of Wardha Warora Power Plant and other thermal power plants, ensuring stable fastening performance and no loosening under cyclic hydraulic shock.
- Adopts hexagonal block structure and high-torque fastening design, with excellent anti-loosening and load-bearing capability, which can effectively fix accumulator internal components (such as bladder and gas valve), avoid component displacement caused by hydraulic system pressure pulses, and ensure the normal operation of power plant EH hydraulic systems and accumulator energy storage function.
- Made of high-strength alloy steel (40Cr) with nickel plating surface treatment, which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and pressure resistance, suitable for EH hydraulic oil medium and humid working environment in power plant systems, and can maintain stable performance under long-term use, ensuring long service life of the nut and accumulator accessories.
- Equipped with precise thread and size matching design, fully compatible with NXQ2-F100/31. 5-H accumulator 3rd position installation interface, easy to install, disassemble and maintain, reducing the maintenance time of power plant accumulators and improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
- Complies with GB/T 6170 (hexagonal nut standard) and GB/T 15968 standards, with strict quality control in the production process, high consistency of product size and torque performance, and low later replacement cost, adapting to the standardized operation requirements of power plant equipment and power generation facilities.
