Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with nominal pressure PN31. 5 (maximum operating pressure 31. 5MPa), nominal volume 40L and maximum operating temperature 120℃, it can adapt to the hydraulic working conditions of Dada Dhuniwale Power Plant and other thermal power plants, ensuring stable pressure stabilization and energy storage performance and no leakage.
- Adopts bladder-type structure and gas-charged operation, with excellent pressure buffering and shock absorption capability, which can effectively absorb pressure pulses and hydraulic shocks in the system, avoiding impact damage to power plant EH system components and instrument loops.
- The shell is made of A182 F316/CF8M stainless steel and the bladder is made of nitrile rubber, which has excellent corrosion resistance, oil resistance and pressure resistance, suitable for EH hydraulic oil medium in power plant systems and ensuring long service life under harsh working conditions.
- Equipped with integrated pressure gauge interface and pressure relief device, it can realize real-time pressure monitoring and overpressure protection, facilitating regular inspection and maintenance by power plant operators, and reducing the risk of equipment failure.
- Complies with API 676 and GB/T 15968 standards, with strict quality control in the production process, easy installation and disassembly, and low later operation cost, adapting to the standardized operation requirements of power plant equipment and power generation facilities.
