Product Features & Operation Points
- PN2. 5MPa nominal pressure and DN80~DN400 nominal diameter, triple-eccentric hard-seal structure, customized for pipeline control of Trombay Power Plant, ensuring stable on-off and throttling adjustment for key power plant pipeline systems.
- Worm gear reducer design realizes flexible operation (butterfly plate rotation 90°) and self-locking function, with small operation torque, adapting to frequent on-off working conditions of power plant pipelines, avoiding medium leakage caused by unstable butterfly plate positioning.
- Carbon steel (WCB) valve body, stainless steel (2Cr13) butterfly plate and metal hard seal ring, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance (-29℃~425℃), ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh Trombay Power Plant working environments.
- Adopts advanced precision machining and assembly technology, with tight fit between butterfly plate and valve seat, complying with GBT, API and ASME B16. 34 standards, avoiding valve failure caused by poor fitting or sealing damage.
- Flange connection design for easy installation, disassembly and maintenance, lighter weight and smaller installation space compared with gate valves, fully matching power plant pipeline specifications, reducible maintenance costs and customizable according to project needs.
