- Standard Nitrogen Accumulator HB10/2 Durgapur Steel Power specifications (10L nominal volume, 2MPa working pressure), bladder-type structure, customized for Durgapur Steel Power plant hydraulic and lubrication systems, suitable for pressure stabilization and energy storage, meeting the stable operation requirements of steelmaking and power generation key equipment.
- Bladder-type separation design, effectively isolating nitrogen from hydraulic/lubricating medium, avoiding medium pollution and nitrogen dissolution, adapting to frequent pressure fluctuation working conditions of Durgapur Steel Power plant hydraulic systems, ensuring stable pressure output and reliable energy storage.
- High-quality 304 stainless steel tank body (complying with GB/T 5458-2012 standard) and nitrile rubber (NBR) bladder, excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and temperature adaptability (-20℃~80℃), good pressure-bearing stability, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh Durgapur Steel Power plant high-dust, high-temperature working environments.
