- Precision gear structure with optimized tooth profile design, realizing high volumetric efficiency (93%) and mechanical efficiency (88%), low noise (75dB), adapting to continuous operation working conditions of Giral Lignite Power plant, ensuring stable oil supply without obvious pressure fluctuation[.
- Carbon steel (WCB) pump body, alloy steel gear and FKM sealing components, excellent pressure-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, temperature adaptability (-10℃~120℃), good sealing performance, effectively preventing oil leakage and ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh Giral Lignite Power plant working environments[.
