- Standard Cooler APH GLL3-3/0. 63 Tenughat Power specifications (0. 63MPa working pressure, 3. 3MW cooling capacity), tube-and-shell heat exchange structure, customized for Tenughat Power plant APH cooling, suitable for high-temperature media cooling, meeting stable operation requirements of power plant air preheaters and auxiliary equipment.
- Tube-and-shell structure with transverse baffle and longitudinal turbulence plate design, realizing high heat exchange efficiency (heat exchange coefficient 350W/(㎡. ℃)), adapting to dynamic temperature fluctuation working conditions of Tenughat Power plant APH systems, ensuring rapid and stable cooling effect.
- 304 stainless steel heat exchange tubes and carbon steel (WCB) shell, FKM sealing gaskets, excellent high-temperature resistance (-20℃~220℃), corrosion resistance and wear resistance, good sealing performance, ensuring long-term stable cooling operation in harsh Tenughat Power plant working environments.
- Advanced precision machining and tube expansion technology, strict control of key dimension tolerance, tight fit between heat exchange tubes and tube sheets, complying with GB/T 151, ISO 9001 and power station heat exchange equipment standards, avoiding cooling failure caused by poor fitting or media leakage.
