- Standard FY100-65x2700 Mundra Power specifications (65x2700 inner×outer diameter), double-lip spring structure, specially designed for power plant rotating equipment, suitable for Mundra Power plant shaft sealing, meeting lubricating oil leakage prevention requirements.
- Double-lip with spring preload design, realizing dual-layer sealing protection, strong sealing reliability, adapting to high-speed rotating working conditions (3000r/min) of Mundra Power plant equipment, ensuring no oil leakage during long-term operation.
- High-quality nitrile rubber (NBR) sealing lip and carbon steel skeleton, excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and temperature adaptability (-20℃~120℃), good mechanical strength, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh Mundra Power plant working environments.
- Advanced precision molding and vulcanization technology, strict control of lip thickness and surface finish, good fitting degree with rotating shafts, complying with GB/T 9877, ISO 6194 and power station equipment sealing standards, avoiding seal failure caused by poor fitting.
