- Designed with nominal pressure of 2000SPL (equivalent to PN320, 32. 0MPa), it matches the pressure requirements of Kolaghat Power Plant's main steam pipeline systems, stably bears ultra-high medium pressure and avoids leakage risks, meeting ultra-high-pressure operation standards of large thermal power plant main steam systems, consistent with YOYIK's high-standard product positioning.
- Adopts wedge rigid gate plate structure and manual operation (marked by model Z564), realizes precise on-off control of media in power plant ultra-high-pressure main steam pipelines, effectively cuts off or connects ultra-high-temperature, ultra-high-pressure main steam and oil media, suitable for large-caliber main steam pipeline installation of Kolaghat Power Plant, manufactured with YOYIK's advanced production equipment.
- Valve body is made of SA-182 F91 alloy steel (marked by suffix Y and SA-182 F91), featuring excellent ultra-high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and ultra-high-pressure-bearing capacity, adapting to the harsh ultra-high-temperature and high-pressure working environment of Kolaghat Power Plant's main steam pipelines, and ensuring long-term stable operation under main steam working conditions.
- Equipped with manual operation mode, it is simple in structure, reliable in operation and easy to maintain, with stable force transmission, facilitating on-site precise operation and daily inspection by operators, reducing daily operation and maintenance difficulty of Kolaghat Power Plant's main steam equipment, and strictly inspected by YOYIK's quality management system.
