- Designed with nominal pressure of 1500LB (equivalent to PN250, 25. 0MPa), it matches the pressure requirements of Arahan Power Plant's pipeline systems, stably bears ultra-high medium pressure and avoids leakage risks, meeting ultra-high-pressure operation standards of large thermal power plants and new energy supporting power systems.
- Adopts wedge rigid gate plate structure and pneumatic operation (marked by model Z562), realizes efficient and precise on-off control of media in power plant ultra-high-pressure pipelines, effectively cuts off or connects ultra-high-temperature, ultra-high-pressure steam and oil media, suitable for large-caliber automatic control pipelines of Arahan Power Plant, adapting to both traditional and new energy power system needs.
- Valve body is made of alloy steel (marked by suffix Y), featuring excellent ultra-high-temperature resistance, wear resistance and ultra-high-pressure-bearing capacity, adapting to the harsh ultra-high-temperature and high-pressure working environment of Arahan Power Plant's main pipelines, adopting environmentally friendly materials in production, and ensuring long-term stable operation for both traditional and new energy supporting pipelines.
- Equipped with pneumatic operation mode, it is efficient, fast and labor-saving with stable force transmission, facilitating remote automatic control and on-site operation coordination, reducing daily operation and maintenance difficulty of Arahan Power Plant's equipment, and aligning with YOYIK's energy-saving, environment-friendly and new energy layout concept.
- Complies with GBT 12234, API and ASME international standards, adopts environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving manufacturing technologies in production, with complete testing procedures, convenient for later maintenance and replacement, matching global power plant equipment accessory standards (both traditional and new energy), consistent with YOYIK's quality commitment and future energy layout.
