- Designed with nominal pressure of 1500LB (equivalent to PN250, 25. 0MPa) and compatible with the pressure requirements of Long Phu Power Plant's pipeline systems, it can stably bear the ultra-high medium pressure in the working process and avoid leakage risks caused by pressure mismatch, fully meeting the high-pressure operation standards of large power plants.
- Adopts wedge rigid gate plate structure and electric operation (marked by model Z561), which realizes efficient and precise on-off control of media in power plant ultra-high-pressure pipelines, effectively cuts off or connects ultra-high-temperature, ultra-high-pressure steam and high-purity oil media, and is suitable for large-caliber, automatic control pipeline installation of Long Phu Power Plant.
- Valve body is made of high-grade alloy steel (corresponding to suffix Y), which has excellent ultra-high-temperature resistance, wear resistance and ultra-high-pressure-bearing capacity, adapts to the ultra-high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure working environment of Long Phu Power Plant's main pipelines, and has reliable performance during long-term operation under ultra-high-temperature, ultra-high-pressure steam and high-purity oil conditions.
- Equipped with electric operation, the operation is efficient, fast and labor-saving, the force transmission is stable, the opening and closing is smooth, which is convenient for remote automatic control and on-site operation coordination even for large-caliber, ultra-high-pressure valves, reducing the difficulty of daily operation and maintenance of Long Phu Power Plant's equipment.
- Complies with GBT 12234, API and ASME international standards, with complete testing procedures and reliable product quality, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement in later use, matches the standard requirements of global power plant equipment accessories, and aligns with YOYIK's international market layout and service system.
