- Designed with PN190MPa nominal pressure (190MPa, identified from model 190) and compliant with GBT 12235, API 600 and ASME B16. 34 standards, it undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at 285MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0. 6MPa, effectively eliminating leakage risks for Guru Gobind Singh power Power Plant's high-pressure operating conditions, reflecting YOYIK's excellent manufacturing technology and strict quality management.
- Equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, it supports remote and on-site dual-control modes with real-time position feedback and overload protection, improving control accuracy and operational efficiency of pipeline systems in power generation facilities, matching the high-standard requirements of YOYIK's power station equipment components.
- Constructed with SA-182 F91 alloy steel forged body (P55. 5 core, marked by suffix V), the sealing surface adopts hard alloy overlay technology, and auxiliary components are high-quality alloy steel, providing excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and creep resistance for harsh high-pressure pipeline environments, embodying YOYIK's excellent manufacturing technology.
- Adopts precision metal-to-metal hard sealing structure and valve stem nitriding treatment, ensuring tight sealing performance under high temperature and pressure, reducing maintenance frequency and operational costs for power plants, which is consistent with the high-quality positioning of YOYIK's traditional power and new energy equipment components.
- Integral forged valve body (no welding seams) eliminates internal defects such as pores and cracks, enhancing structural strength and impact resistance, compatible with 300MW-1000MW unit pipelines in power generation facilities, adapting to large-scale power projects.
