- Designed with PN150MPa nominal pressure (150MPa, identified from model 150) and compliant with GBT 12235, API 600 and ASME B16. 34 standards, it undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at 225MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0. 6MPa, effectively eliminating leakage risks for Dada Dhuniwale power Power Plant's high-pressure operating conditions.
- Equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, it supports remote and on-site dual-control modes with real-time position feedback and overload protection, improving control accuracy and operational efficiency of pipeline systems in power generation facilities, aligning with YOYIK's technological innovation and high-efficiency energy-saving positioning.
- Constructed with 12Cr1MoV alloy steel forged body (P55. 5 core), the sealing surface adopts hard alloy overlay technology, and auxiliary components are austenitic stainless steel (suffix V), providing excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance for harsh high-pressure pipeline environments, matching YOYIK's pursuit of product performance excellence and environmentally friendly material application.
