- Designed with PN140MPa nominal pressure (140MPa, identified from model 140) and compliant with GBT 12235, API 600 and ASME B16. 34 standards, it undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at 210MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0. 6MPa, effectively eliminating leakage risks for Kakatiya power Power Plant's high-pressure operating conditions.
- Equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, it supports remote and on-site dual-control modes with real-time position feedback and overload protection, improving control accuracy and operational efficiency of pipeline systems in power generation facilities, aligning with YOYIK's professional technical transformation solutions.
- Constructed with ZG15Cr1MoV alloy steel forged body (P55. 5 core), the sealing surface adopts hard alloy overlay technology, and auxiliary components are austenitic stainless steel (suffix V), providing excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance for harsh high-pressure pipeline environments, meeting YOYIK's high-quality standards.
- Adopts precision metal-to-metal hard sealing structure and valve stem nitriding treatment, ensuring tight sealing performance under high temperature and pressure, reducing maintenance frequency and operational costs for power plants, matching the special needs of power stations.
