- Designed with PN110MPa nominal pressure (110MPa, identified from model 110) and compliant with GBT 12235, API 600 and ASME B16. 34 standards, it undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at 165MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0. 6MPa, effectively eliminating leakage risks for Anyer power Power Plant's medium-high pressure operating conditions.
- Equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, it supports remote and on-site dual-control modes with real-time position feedback and overload protection, improving control accuracy and operational efficiency of pipeline systems in power generation facilities.
- Constructed with P55. 1 alloy steel forged body, the sealing surface adopts hard alloy overlay technology, and auxiliary components are austenitic stainless steel (suffix V), providing excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance for harsh pipeline environments.
- Adopts precision metal-to-metal hard sealing structure and valve stem nitriding treatment, ensuring tight sealing performance under medium-high temperature and pressure, reducing maintenance frequency and operational costs for power plants.
- Integral forged valve body (no welding seams) eliminates internal defects such as pores and cracks, enhancing structural strength and impact resistance, compatible with 200MW-800MW unit pipelines in power generation facilities.
