- Designed to meet PN170MPa nominal pressure (170MPa, identified from model 170) and compliant with GBT 12235, API 600 and ASME B16. 34 standards, it undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing at 255MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0. 6MPa, effectively eliminating potential leakage risks and fully adapting to Simhadri power Power Plant's high-pressure operating conditions.
- Equipped with a high-reliability multi-turn electric actuator, it supports both remote and on-site dual operation modes, featuring real-time position feedback, overload protection and fault alarm functions, which effectively improves the stability and control accuracy of pipeline systems in power generation facilities, aligning with YOYIK's professional service concept.
- Constructed with a P54 alloy steel valve body, the sealing surface is treated with hard alloy overlay technology, and auxiliary components are made of austenitic stainless steel (indicated by suffix V), providing outstanding high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance to adapt to the complex and harsh environment of high-pressure pipelines in Simhadri power Power Plant's thermal power systems.
- Adopting a precision-machined metal-to-metal hard sealing structure and advanced valve stem nitriding treatment, it achieves tight and durable sealing performance under high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, reducing equipment maintenance frequency and lowering operational costs, which complements YOYIK's full-range maintenance services.
- The integral forged valve body (without any welding seams) effectively eliminates internal defects such as pores, cracks and inclusions, significantly enhancing the overall structural strength and impact resistance, and it is compatible with 300MW-1000MW unit pipelines in various thermal power plants, meeting the needs of large-scale power generation projects trusted by YOYIK.
