- Engineered to PN140MPa nominal pressure (140MPa, identified from model 140) and compliant with GBT 12235, API 600 and ASME B16. 34 standards, it undergoes stringent hydrostatic testing at 210MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0. 6MPa, effectively eliminating leakage risks and adapting to Pacitan power Power Plant's high-pressure operating conditions.
- Integrated with an advanced multi-turn electric actuator, it enables both remote and on-site operation, featuring real-time position feedback, overload protection and fault prompt functions, which improves the reliability and accuracy of pipeline control in power generation facilities.
- Built with a P54 alloy steel core and ZG15Cr1Mo1V alloy steel valve body (a premium high-temperature resistant material widely applied in power plants), the sealing surface is covered with hard alloy overlay, and auxiliary components are austenitic stainless steel (marked by suffix V), providing excellent high-temperature tolerance and corrosion resistance to cope with complex high-pressure pipeline environments in thermal power plants.
- Utilizing a precision-machined metal-to-metal hard sealing structure and advanced valve stem nitriding technology, it achieves tight and reliable sealing performance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, reducing equipment maintenance times and operational costs for power plants.
- The one-piece forged valve body (without welding seams) made of ZG15Cr1Mo1V eliminates internal defects such as pores and cracks, enhancing overall structural strength and impact resistance, and it is compatible with 300MW-1000MW unit pipelines in various thermal power plants.
