- Designed to PN50MPa nominal pressure (50MPa, identified from model 50) and conforming to GBT 12235, API 600 and ASME B16. 34 standards, it undergoes strict hydrostatic testing at 75MPa and low-pressure sealing testing at 0. 6MPa, effectively preventing leakage and adapting to Cirebon power Power Plant's medium-high pressure working conditions.
- Equipped with a high-performance multi-turn electric actuator, it supports both remote and on-site operation modes, featuring real-time position feedback, overload protection and fault alarm functions, which enhances the stability and precision of pipeline control in power generation facilities.
- Constructed with a P54. 5 alloy steel core and ZG15Cr1Mo1V alloy steel valve body (a high-temperature resistant material widely used in power plants), the sealing surface is equipped with hard alloy overlay, and auxiliary components are austenitic stainless steel (marked by suffix V), delivering superior high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance for complex medium-high pressure pipeline environments in thermal power plants.
- Adopting a precision-ground metal-to-metal hard sealing structure and advanced valve stem nitriding technology, it achieves reliable and tight sealing performance under medium-high temperature and pressure conditions, reducing equipment maintenance frequency and operational costs for power plants.
- The solid forged valve body (free of welding seams) made of ZG15Cr1Mo1V eliminates internal defects such as pores and cracks, strengthens overall structural rigidity and impact resistance, and is compatible with 100MW-600MW unit pipelines in various thermal power plants.
