• High-pressure optimized design with a nominal pressure of P58. 460 (58. 4MPa), precisely matching the operational demands of key high-pressure high-temperature pipelines in thermal power plants, effectively realizing reliable medium isolation and cut-off while preventing medium leakage, and eliminating cavitation risks in extremely harsh working environments.
• Scientific Y-type flow channel structure greatly reduces medium flow resistance, mitigates erosion and cavitation damage to the valve seat and clack caused by high-velocity, ultra-high temperature media, and ensures long-term stable and reliable isolation and cut-off performance in power plant pipeline systems, which is consistent with the structural advantages of high-pressure globe stop valves.
• Superior material performance: The valve body of J65Y-P58. 460V is made of high-quality forged alloy steel (optimized for high-temperature creep resistance and sealing performance), combined with wear-resistant alloy overlay on the valve core and seat, offering excellent pressure-bearing capacity, ultra-high temperature resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which is perfectly adapted to the extremely harsh high temperature and high pressure working conditions of thermal power plant pipeline systems, in line with the material selection principles of high-pressure stop valves, and ensuring long service life.
