- High-pressure optimized design with a nominal pressure of P55. 5190 (55. 5MPa), precisely matching the operational demands of Kothagudem Power Plant's key high-pressure high-temperature pipelines, effectively eliminating leakage risks in extremely harsh working environments.
- Scientific Y-type flow channel structure greatly reduces medium flow resistance, mitigates erosion and cavitation damage to the valve seat and clack caused by high-velocity, ultra-high temperature media, and ensures long-term stable and reliable isolation and cut-off performance in Kothagudem Power Plant's pipeline systems.
- Superior material performance: The valve body of J65Y-P55. 5190V is made of high-quality forged 12Cr1MoV alloy steel (optimized for high-temperature creep resistance and sealing performance), combined with wear-resistant alloy overlay on the valve core and seat, offering excellent pressure-bearing capacity, ultra-high temperature resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which is perfectly adapted to the extremely harsh high temperature and high pressure working conditions of Kothagudem Power Plant's pipeline systems.
- Adopts metal-to-metal seating and manual lifting stem operation; the valve clack and seat are precision ground to achieve tight sealing effect, preventing medium leakage during isolation and cut-off. The valve stem is treated with special surface treatment to reduce opening and closing friction, ensuring no external leakage during long-term operation and facilitating on-site operation and daily maintenance.
- Strictly complies with international industry standards such as API 623, ASME B16. 34 and GBT 12224, and all products have passed API 598 testing, ensuring excellent interchangeability with Kothagudem Power Plant's existing equipment and simplifying on-site maintenance and spare part replacement processes, supported by YOYIK's professional technical and after-sales services.
