Key Operation & Maintenance Requirements (for DEH Oil Actuator Servo Valve J761-003A)
- Ensure Oil Cleanliness: The cleanliness of fire-resistant oil is paramount; impurities in the oil will cause the servo valve core to become sluggish, just like sand stuck in the valve core. Therefore, the oil inlet filter of J761-003A must be replaced regularly, generally every 3 months. Do not touch the filter with your hands during replacement to avoid contamination.
- Precise Installation Alignment: During installation, the valve core and valve stem of the hydraulic actuator must be aligned, with a deviation not exceeding 0. 1 mm. Otherwise, the valve core will be subjected to lateral force, resulting in sluggish operation. Install a dial indicator on the valve stem, slowly rotate the valve core, and if the indicator needle swings more than 0. 05 mm, adjust the servo valve mounting bracket until alignment is achieved.
