• Quick & Sealed Connection: The assembly's connector features self-sealing design, requiring no disassembly of any accumulator components. Simply align it with the charging port, push it fully in, and turn it 1/4 turn clockwise to lock in place. The internal sealing ring will automatically seal, effectively preventing nitrogen leakage and oil spraying.
• Pre-connection Preparation: Before connecting, complete two key preparations: first, wipe the air inlet clean with a cloth to remove oil and dirt, avoiding impurities from entering the component; second, tighten the component's pressure relief valve and reset the pressure gauge to zero to ensure accurate pressure measurement.
• Charging & Midway Stop Operation: After connection, open the nitrogen cylinder valve slightly to check for leaks. If there are no leaks, slowly open the valve to charge to the set pressure. If charging needs to be stopped midway, close the nitrogen cylinder valve first, then open the component's pressure relief valve to release residual pressure in the pipeline, enabling safe disassembly without oil splashing risks.
