Product Features & Operation Points
- D633-460B Servo Valve: High-precision control performance, strong compatibility, and stable coordination with the 80FJ-1. 6P gate valve to optimize pipeline system operation.
- Sealing surface treatment: 80FJ-1. 6P adopts stainless steel hard seal; check for scratches before installation, grind with abrasive until smooth, and test for leaks with kerosene (no leaks = qualified).
- Proper opening & closing: Close by turning handwheel clockwise to resistance, then 1/4 turn with wrench (no over-tightening); open fully counterclockwise, then turn back 1/2 turn to prevent jamming.
- Material & maintenance: Stainless steel body for corrosive media; use fluoropolymer-lined seal for highly corrosive media; grease valve stem regularly, open/close every 3 months to avoid sticking.
