- 760N1194B Servo Valve: High-precision control performance, strong compatibility, and stable coordination with the DBDS15GL10/10 relief valve to optimize system pressure regulation.
- Accurate pressure setting: Use a dedicated pressure adjusting wrench (not adjustable wrench); turn clockwise to increase pressure, counter-clockwise to decrease; lock the knob with a lock nut after reaching the set value to prevent vibration-induced pressure drift.
- Installation & anti-clogging: Follow the oil flow arrow (no reverse installation); clean the inlet filter screen regularly to avoid valve core clogging by impurities.
- Routine inspection & maintenance: Check pressure gauge (fluctuation ±0. 5MPa); clean oil and polish valve core wear marks if exceeded; monthly pressure test by sudden flow increase to observe stability; recalibrate after disassembly.
