- 65FWJ1. 6P: 1. 6MPa pressure resistance, sturdy structure and reliable shut-off, perfectly matching transformer hydraulic system working conditions.
- Accurate pressure setting: Set based on transformer rated pressure (e. g. , 130kPa relief pressure); slowly increase pressure during commissioning, ensuring activation at 130kPa and no activation below 120kPa to avoid false triggers from oil temperature fluctuations.
- Vibration resistance: The relief valve has a damping device; fix the valve body firmly and lock the bracket with double nuts to prevent vibration-induced shaking.
- Reset & maintenance: Automatic reset via spring force after pressure drop, spherical sealing surface for zero leakage; wipe sealing surface clean post-reset; annual pressure test, apply anti-rust oil to valve stem after test.
