Product Features & Replacement Points
- WJ61W-16P: 16MPa pressure resistance, reliable sealing for hydrogen systems, sturdy structure to ensure safe and stable shut-off control.
- Tool preparation: Prepare puller, seal mounting sleeve and torque wrench; avoid regular wrenches to prevent pump shaft damage.
- Old seal removal: Use puller to clamp seal outer ring, turn screw clockwise to pull out slowly; clean cavity with cloth (no sandpaper to avoid scratches).
- New seal installation: Soak 02-125801-3C in 40℃ fire-resistant oil for 10 minutes (preheat softening); use sleeve to place and tap seal in place, tighten gland with 15N. m torque (per instructions).
- Post-installation check: Rotate machine manually before startup, then test pump for leaks; only remove pump end cover (no full pump disassembly), 2 people finish in 40 minutes.
