Product Features
- Integrated structure of solenoid valve and dedicated coil, with 110VDC rated voltage (allowing ±10% fluctuation) to match Tuticorin Power’s DC control system, adopting "prefer no action over misaction" safety logic to avoid unplanned unit shutdowns caused by misoperation.
- Adopts pilot-operated diaphragm structure with threaded connection, made of stainless steel body and fluororubber seals, resistant to corrosion from phosphate ester fire-resistant oil and adapting to high-pressure EH system working conditions, with millisecond-level response speed to meet over-speed protection time requirements.
- Equipped with adjustable flow knob and test button for on-line activity testing and flow regulation, paired and parallel installed (two per group) to form safety redundancy, ensuring protection function activation even if one unit fails.
- Isolated from AST (Automatic Shutdown System) via check valve, preventing OPC actions from affecting AST oil pressure, and compatible with 3μm precision filter in the system to avoid core jamming caused by contamination.
Applications
- Over-speed protection in Tuticorin Power’s turbine DEH system, quickly draining OPC header oil pressure when turbine speed reaches 103% of rated speed to close governor valves and suppress speed rise.
- Emergency response to load rejection conditions of coal-fired units, cutting off steam intake in time to stabilize unit operation and avoid equipment damage caused by excessive speed.
- Core component of turbine hydraulic protection loops, compatible with maintenance and upgrade of EH control systems for subcritical coal-fired units, ensuring long-term stable operation of power generation equipment.
