Product Features
- Integrated design of solenoid valve and dedicated coil, with 110VDC rated voltage (allowing ±10% fluctuation) to match the plant’s DC control system, ensuring fast response speed ≤15ms for emergency protection actions
- Adopts pilot diaphragm structure and plug-in installation design, with maximum working pressure up to 25MPa and DN6 nominal diameter, featuring Kv value of 0.8m³/h to meet small-flow control demands of EH oil circuits
- Valve body made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with fluororubber seals compatible with phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, resisting corrosion and high temperature (-20℃ to 120℃) in harsh working environments
- Fail-open (FO) design: automatically opens under power-off or coil failure conditions to release oil pressure, triggering turbine shutdown and adhering to the power plant’s "fail-safe" principle
Applications
- Emergency over-speed protection in Santaldih Power’s turbine OPC system, quickly closing governor valves when rotational speed exceeds the limit to restore normal operation
- Safety interlock control in AST circuits, responding to abnormal signals (low lubricating oil pressure, low vacuum) to achieve emergency turbine shutdown and avoid equipment damage
- Core component for hydraulic control loops of thermal power units, compatible with maintenance and upgrade of turbine EH control systems
