For instance, during polypropylene spinning or polyethylene wax processing, micro-waxes reduce processing temperatures, minimise filament breakage risks, and improve melt flow properties.
Paints and Coatings
Micronizedwax (such as polytetrafluoroethylene wax) enhance paint anti-blocking properties, abrasion resistance, and hydrophobicity. They are commonly used in wood finishes and industrial coatings to prevent surface scratches and enhance gloss.
