Anti-Scratch & Abrasion Resistance:
Migrates to the coating surface, forming a protective layer to enhance scratch resistanceideal for demanding applications (e. g. , automotive parts, furniture).
Anti-Blocking Agent:
Prevents coating layers from sticking during stacking or transport, especially in high-temperature environments (e. g. , tropical climates, dense packaging).
Matting Effect(synergistic with matting agents):
Adjusts surface light reflection via microcrystalline structures to achieve semi-gloss or matte finishes (e. g. , matte powder coatings).
Dispersant & Hydrophobic Agent:
Promotes uniform dispersion of pigments/fillers, reducing agglomeration.
