1、 Product overview
(1) It is an intelligent control system.
SD series intelligent motor actuator, on the premise of fully taking the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of China's industrial control system, uses modern single-chip technology to complete its functions by the reliable pic-16c711 single-chip microcomputer as the core, and all kinds of functions are completed by & quot; software & quot; program.
(2) It is a control system with complete functions.
1. Off signal protection function: when the input signal is less than 2mA, it is regarded as off signal. At this time, the output shaft acts according to the preset state of the user. There are three preset modes: A, in situ, B, full open, C, full close.
2. Over current protection function: when the actuator is over-current, the control circuit of the machine will automatically close and the actuator will remain in place to protect the actuator and valve.
3. Dynamic electric braking function --- when the motor runs to the given value = feedback value, the output shaft will vibrate due to inertia. At this time, a dynamic electric braking command (i.e. an instantaneous reverse current) is sent out by the & quot; software & quot; program to stop the sweeping mechanism immediately without idling oscillation, which greatly improves the reliability and stability of the automatic regulation system.
4. Upper limit and lower limit function --- according to the needs of the site, the angular stroke is within 90 degrees, and it is within the rated stroke range. The upper and lower limit can be adjusted at will, and the adjustable range is about 40%. When leaving the factory, the lower limit is set to 4mA and the upper limit is set to 20mA
