Welded wire mesh is available in a wide range of mesh openings to suit different applications. Smaller openings from 1/4" to 3/8" are used for fine mesh applications such as small poultry cages, insect screens, and plaster support. Medium openings from 1/2" to 3/4" are common for garden fencing, rabbit cages, and light animal enclosures where the mesh needs to contain small animals. Square openings such as 1" x 1" and 1" x 2" are used for general fencing, warehouse partitions, and machine guards, providing good visibility and moderate strength.
Welded Wire Mesh is made by welding low carbon steel wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire at each crossing point. The mesh opening is fixed and the sheet or roll keeps a flat shape during cutting and installation. It is used for fencing, cages, machine guards, garden partitions, construction protection and general industrial use. We can supply electro galvanized, hot dipped galvanized and PVC coated welded mesh. Common roll length is 30 m. Roll width, mesh opening, wire diameter and packing can be made according to order details.
