Improved Processing Performance: As an effective internal and external lubricant, it significantly reduces frictional resistance during the mixing, calendering, and extrusion processes, thereby minimizing equipment wear and improving mixing uniformity and extrusion rates.
Enhanced Product Abrasion Resistance: Wax microparticles disperse uniformly within the rubber, acting as “micro-bearings” that lower the surface friction coefficient of the finished product, significantly improving the abrasion and scratch resistance of rubber products.
