Plastic Processing: Polyethylene wax reduces the viscosity of plastic melts, enhancing flowability while acting as a lubricant to minimize friction during processing. It is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, and similar techniques.
Ink Printing: Spherical microcrystalline polyethylene wax improves ink lubricity, reduces friction on paper or mold surfaces during printing, and enhances print clarity and color vibrancy.
High-Temperature Lubrication: PTFE micro powder wax maintains stability in high-temperature environments, making it suitable for high-temperature spinning masterbatch manufacturing and specialty lubricant formulations.
Release Agent Applications
Mold Release: Micropowder waxes can be used directly as release agents, such as coating mold surfaces during plastic molding to reduce adhesion and facilitate smooth part ejection.
Powder Coatings: Incorporated into powder coatings to enhance surface slip, reduce friction, and simultaneously improve abrasion resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
