Polyphenylene ether is a high-performance plastic that is ideally suited for heat-resistant parts, insulating parts, wear-reducing and abrasion-resistant parts, transmission parts, as well as parts in the medical and electronics fields. It can withstand high temperatures, so it is often used to make parts such as gears, air blades, valves, etc., and can even replace stainless steel. The application of polyphenylene ether in the photovoltaic industry is also crucial. Solar cells are the core of solar power systems, but a single solar cell can only produce 0.5-0.6 volts, which is far below the voltage required for practical use.
