Phosphor Copper Wire Mesh is a high-performance alloy mesh made from copper with added tin and phosphorus. It is classified into plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave types, depending on the filtration or shielding requirement. Common specifications include mesh counts ranging from 20 to 500 mesh, wire diameters between 0.03 mm and 0.5 mm, and aperture sizes from 0.04 mm to 1.0 mm. Standard roll widths are 1.0 m or 1.2 m, with lengths of 30 m or 50 m. This mesh is widely used in precision filtration, EMI/RFI shielding, battery production, and chemical processing due to its mechanical stability, anti-sparking properties, and excellent formability.
