Hot-melt adhesive reinforcing agent: As the preferred wax component for EVA-based and other hot-melt adhesives, it significantly enhances the adhesive’s heat resistance, quick-drying properties, and initial tack, and is widely used in automotive interiors, footwear materials, and packaging sealing.
PVC external lubricant: Requires 40–50% less addition than PE wax, increasing extrusion speed and product gloss; works synergistically with calcium-zinc stabilizers to extend thermal stability, aligning with the trend toward lead-free formulations.
Masterbatch/modified plastic dispersant: Promotes uniform dispersion of pigments and fillers, reduces extrusion torque in high-viscosity systems, and improves surface slip and gloss.
