Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with nominal pressure PN20 (maximum operating pressure ≤20MPa), matching nominal volume 1.6L and maximum operating temperature 120℃, it can adapt to the hydraulic working conditions of Jindal Megha Power Plant and other thermal power plants, perfectly matching NXQ-A-1.6/20-L-Y accumulator models, ensuring stable gas-liquid isolation performance, no leakage and no deformation under long-term use.
- Adopts integrated molding structure with reinforced fabric layer, featuring excellent mechanical strength, elasticity and pressure resistance, which can effectively realize gas-liquid separation in accumulators (isolating pre-charged gas and hydraulic oil), avoid component wear caused by mutual pollution, and ensure the normal operation of power plant EH hydraulic systems and accumulator energy storage, pressure stabilization and shock absorption functions.
- Made of high-quality nitrile rubber (NBR) with reinforced fabric layer, integrating advanced composite material technology, it has excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance, suitable for EH hydraulic oil medium and humid working environment in power plant systems, and can maintain stable performance under long-term cyclic pressure changes, ensuring long service life of the bladder and reducing replacement frequency.
- Equipped with precise size and shape matching design, fully compatible with NXQ-A-1.6/20-L-Y accumulator inner cavity and assembly interface, easy to install, disassemble and replace, no need for professional complex tools, reducing the maintenance time of Jindal Megha Power Plant accumulators and improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
- Complies with GB/T 15968 and ISO 10766 standards, with strict quality control in the production process, high consistency of product size, thickness and performance, and low later replacement cost, adapting to the standardized operation requirements of Jindal Megha Power Plant equipment and power generation facilities, with high cost performance and reliable quality guarantee.
