Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with nominal pressure PN31.5 (maximum operating pressure ≤31.5MPa), nominal volume 63L and maximum operating temperature 120℃, it can adapt to the hydraulic working conditions of Kahalgaon Power Plant and other thermal power plants, perfectly matching NXQ2-L63/31.5-L-Y model requirements, ensuring stable pressure stabilization and energy storage performance and no leakage.
- Adopts classic bladder-type structure and gas-charged energy storage operation, with excellent pressure buffering and shock absorption capability, which can effectively absorb pressure pulses and hydraulic shocks in the system, avoid impact damage to power plant EH system components and instrument loops, and ensure the normal operation of the accumulator’s energy storage and pressure stabilization functions.
- The shell is made of A182 F316/CF8M stainless steel and the bladder is made of high-quality nitrile rubber (NBR), which has excellent corrosion resistance, oil resistance and pressure resistance, suitable for EH hydraulic oil medium and humid working environment in power plant systems, and can maintain stable performance under long-term cyclic pressure changes, ensuring long service life of the bladder accumulator.
- Equipped with precise size matching design, integrated pressure gauge interface and quick-installation structure, fully compatible with NXQ2 series bladder accumulator installation standards, easy to install, disassemble and maintain, reducing the maintenance time of power plant accumulators and improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
- Complies with API 676 and GB/T 15968 standards, with strict quality control in the production process, high consistency of product size and performance, and low later operation and replacement cost, adapting to the standardized operation requirements of power plant equipment and power generation facilities.
