Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with PN16 pressure rating (equivalent to 1.6MPa), it can withstand the pressure environment of 1.6MPa and maintain excellent vacuum tightness (≤-0.1MPa), which is suitable for the vacuum pipeline system of Bolok Power Plant and other thermal power plants, avoiding air leakage and vacuum failure risks.
- Adopts parallel gate-type structure, with small flow resistance, reliable cut-off performance and good sealing effect, which can completely isolate the vacuum pipeline during equipment maintenance, ensuring the safety of operation and maintenance personnel and the stability of the vacuum system.
- The valve body and trim are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel (suffix P), with excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and the gate plate and valve seat adopt precision matching design to ensure good vacuum tightness and prolong the service life in harsh power plant working conditions.
- Adopts vacuum-specific sealing structure combined with precision machining and assembly technology, to ensure zero air leakage during vacuum operation, effectively maintaining the stability of the power plant's vacuum system pressure and reducing energy loss, in line with the company's high-quality manufacturing standards.
