Product Features & Operation Points
- Designed with PN16 pressure rating (equivalent to 1.6MPa), it can withstand the pressure environment of 1.6MPa, which is suitable for the pipeline system of Sasan Ultra Mega Power Plant and other thermal power plants, avoiding leakage risks and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline.
- Adopts pneumatic operation mode with manual emergency backup, which can realize automatic remote control and rapid cut-off, and can switch to manual operation in case of air source failure, ensuring the continuity and reliability of pipeline operation.
- The valve body and trim are made of high-quality 12Cr1MoV alloy steel (suffix V), with excellent pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and the valve core and valve seat adopt precision matching design to ensure good sealing performance and prolong the service life in harsh high-temperature power plant working conditions.
- Adopts reliable sealing structure combined with precision machining and assembly technology, to ensure zero leakage during operation, effectively maintaining the stability of the power plant's pipeline system pressure and reducing energy loss, in line with energy-saving and environmental protection requirements.
- The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with API, GB and JB standards, integrated with advanced R&D technologies, which can be directly matched with the pipeline system equipment of Sasan Ultra Mega Power Plant and other power plants, and the structure is reasonable, easy to install, operate and maintain, reducing later operation costs.
